Cancellation Policy

When you book a 1:1 session with Eclectic Designs .CO, your time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness and respect for both your schedule and mine, the following policies apply: Booking: A valid card on file is required to secure your session. Payment will not be processed until the time of service unless a cancellation fee applies. Cancellations: Sessions may be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment at no charge. Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 24 hours of your session, you will be charged 50% of the session fee. No Shows & Last-Minute Cancellations: If you do not attend your session or cancel within 1 hour of your scheduled time, you will be charged the full session fee (100%). Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please do so with at least 24 hours' notice to avoid fees and to ensure availability. This policy is in place to honor both your commitment to growth and my dedication to providing the best experience possible.
