Your project overview
Communication & Boundaries
During our project, we'll use Asana to keep track of all our tasks and deadlines, and keep all communication in one place. This means that from now, we'll stop using emails to avoid long threads and risk losing track of our deadlines, files and to-do's.
Asana is a free project management tool, so you don't need to pay for anything. You'll simply receive an invitation from me to join your project and you'll be all set!
Not familiar with Asana? No worries! I made a quick tutorial for you that you can watch.
I only work with a couple of clients at once, however please be mindful of my office hours as I believe in a work life balance and am still trying to balance it. My office hours are Monday-Friday from 10am-4pm MNT & Sundays 11am-2pm (for client assistance only, notify me prior to schedule in this time)
Feedback is ALWAYS encouraged. It's super important to know that I love the process of developing a brand, which means that sometimes an initial concept isn't always perfect! If there is something you don't like, let's chat about it and work on the best direction to take.
Our biggest goal is to ensure you love your brand.
Communication is incredibly important for our project to run smoothly and launch on time. If I don't hear from you for 7 consecutive days without notice, I may freeze the project until further notice and a 10% restart fee will be required to get us back on track.
If you are dealing with life matters, just let me know! I totally get it and our project time line has two weeks of wiggle room if we need it.
Keeping your ideal client in mind
This project is of course very close to your heart, it's important to always keep your target audience top of mind and not get caught up in personal preferences. Therefore, share both what you like/dislike personally and try to view it from your Ideal Client's eyes too.
Be as specific as possible
Try focusing on one element at a time and try to explain why you like/dislike something and provide a suggestion on how I could improve it. For example, instead of saying "I don't like this color", try "I don't think this color will work for me or appeal to our audience because [...]. Perhaps we could try...?"
Ask questions & trust my expertise
My design process is very intentional and I always ensure that each element is built with purpose (and love). So while I will do my best to walk you through my thought-process, don't hesitate to ask questions if you're unsure about something. This also helps show that you value my opinion and trust my expertise – at the end of the day, we are working on this together to get you closer to your goals.
